Our basil, grown in the rich volcanic soils of Hawaii’s islands, contain higher levels of essential oils, creating a more flavorful and aromatic herb than those grown elsewhere. 

We grow our herbs in an open greenhouse system, taking advantage of the tropical sun and gentle mountain rain, which ensures clean and healthy production year round.
